Abstract

Technology has become the focus of disruptive innovation, in the face of the immediate need to reinvent and migrate personal and business relationships to virtual form. In Brazil, the pandemic has evidenced the lack of preparation and management of companies to adapt to the new demands of acting online. Besides this, one of the immediate concerns during the pandemic was the environment, since it became clear that the inappropriate use of natural resources and negligence in caring for ecosystems contributed to the situation that the world has reached.
