Abstract

Permanent Education in Health is the policy of training and development of professionals and is based on meaningful learning, based on the problematization of the work process. However, there are difficulties in evaluating educational actions, which is a relevant theme to be investigated. The research was carried out at the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre, where there is an education policy, but there are no specifications about the evaluation process.
